Pandan Waffle

Every time visiting a market or going through a shop that sells pandan waffle, I will have to stop to see what kind of cake that smell so good! It is the smell of pineapple leaves, coconut milk, vanilla, sugar, flour, eggs roasted, fragrant. Everyone must buy the waffle immediately. Holding a pandan waffle, light yellow outside, light green inside, the waffle looks so beautiful and yummy in my mouth. It makes me remember my childhood in Vietnam, the pandan waffle sells everyone on the street in my country.

One day, after having breakfast with Belgium waffle, I have a thought to make Pandan Waffle. The ingredients for the pandan waffle are very simple: coconut cream, sugar, pandan flavor, corn starch. You can put the coconut flake if you like. I always put it in with my waffle. The one thing that we cannot miss is the waffle maker lolzzz:)

After failing couple times, now I have my own recipes to share with everyone:)

  • Waffle maker
  • Coconut flake
  • 1 cup of all purpose flour
  • 2 table spoon of corn starch
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 table spoon of alsa powder
  • 1 coffee spoon of salt
  • butter
  • 2 egg
  • A can of coconut milk
  • Panda extract flavor
  • Vanilla extract
